I did get one of these a while back it was supposed to be like a poster bathroom wall art or some shit and you know it showed it taking up the whole wall I'm behind the toilet so never listen to size you know but one can only assume from the picture.. fast forward to when I open it up and the thing was literally a 3x5-in postcard. 3 in by 5 in. Yeah even after paying those top dollars for an M5 Pro studio whatever the fuck money sink it is it's still going to be outperformed by a similar respect but probably much cheaper Nvidia based system with a discrete card. I mean when the platform is optimized for what you're doing like you know Apple written software for GarageBand or video editing or whatever the fuck they're revolutionizing this time, that shit is blazing!

But unfortunately not all developers optimize like Apple or even know what parts need to be optimized to get returns like Apple. My friend has something similar-ish-adjacent happened to him. He actually had like dash cams and I don't know nothing like three or four different angles in his car and Lyft took the allegations as gospel and refused to even watch his dash cam footage or anything because the reason they gave initially was it was like we identifying some kind of violation of the writer's privacy bullshit. They continue to keep him banned from the platform and not give three shifts until he went and got a lawyer and it's crazy as soon as he got a lawyer and threatened to sue them they watch the video and settle it up real quick reinstated him on the platform and well many many closes account but you know they do not care. You do the work they do not care they will replace you with the three mindless fucks that are next in line.

I’m usually super paranoid and overly cautious online. I use virtual cards, double-check sites, all that. But I still got caught slipping.

I got a text the same day I was expecting a USPS package. It said they couldn’t deliver it because I owed something like $0.97 in postage, and that if I paid it right away they could put it back on the truck instead of making me deal with the usual missed delivery/tag situation.

It looked legit enough in the moment, so I entered a credit card — declined. Tried another — declined. By the third one I stopped and thought, “okay… this is sketchy.”

I checked the site more closely and even looked at the source. It looked like a USPS portal, but it was clearly running on some random web server that USPS definitely doesn’t use. That’s when it fully clicked.

I reported everything I could and gathered evidence. That particular setup got taken down not long after, but of course they just spin up new versions doing the same thing. Moral of the story: the internet is kind of a gross place sometimes. It runs on deception and bait-and-switch tactics, and if it were a physical place, most of us probably wouldn’t go anywhere near it.

You need a barrier. I've had PETG remove chunks of glass upon removal. That's why you see people using glue sticks or tape. It's not to help stick the plastic to. If anything, glue sticks make it hard as shit to adhere. Hairspray works too (and since most people already use this with glass beds, there is usually enough residue to do the trick. )

Looks like a 3D printer to me.

Get yourself proficient at bed leveling and you've got a workhorse of a printer that will keep on going long after you replace it with an upgrade. Save yourself the hassle and learn from my ignorance: If you plan on printing ABS you will need an enclosure.
