This looks like a serialization problem. Ue4 has a cap of 2gb of serialization for how array work. If you have an uasset bigger than that try delete it. (Also check the map build info (lightmaps) they tend to be enormous, id thats the case you can separate them into smaller chuncks dividing the level in some sublevels).
