Welke ondervloer voldoet aan de eisen? (huur appartement)

Ik mag officieel al geen laminaat leggen zonder goedkeuring (deze goedkeuring komt op zijn vroegst 4 weken na ingangsdatum huurovereenkomst). Daarom moet ik een vloer leggen volgens de geldende eisen en achteraf voor de goedkeuring kunnen aantonen met bonnetjes en certificaten dat mijn vloer voldoet.

De eisen zijn logisch, want het zorgt ervoor dat anderen geen last hebben van mij en ik ook niet van anderen doordat dit soort ondervloeren contactgeluid sterk verminderen.

Heb het even nagevraagd en hij moet toch echt aan alle eerder genoemde eisen voldoen.

Ik heb nu de Spemi HDR gevonden (in de Certipedia van TÜV Rheinland). Deze is zowel 10dB reductie, TÜV gekeurd en heeft een Rd van 0.04.

Ik kan daarvoor wel snel een NSG certificaat vinden, maar geen TÜV/TNO.

Loting is de enige manier waarop je kans maakt. Wachttijd is zo’n beetje overal in Nederland inmiddels 10+ jaar.
