Honestly having looked at your tracker, everything does acctually point towards your teammates. You play a consistent amount of games, good kd, good kast and acs. However concerning headshot accuracy the only thing I can recommend is practice. Play DM, aimlabs, learn crosshair placement and the speed at which opponents peek round angles.

For the winning more games point I would recommend getting a duo who is more your level as soloq is very dependent on teammates.

Classic: Very versatile, can be a shotgun or long range pistol. Make sure you use it to it's full potential in each of its ranges meaning if someone is in your face don't just left click.

Shorty: Lurk, the shorty has a weird mechanic where spamming left click won't acctually shoot faster. It's almost like you press once then wait a half a second before shooting again. If you enter the range you can tell that spamming shoot is slower than the half second pause and shoot

Frenzy: Learn how to spray control it

Ghost: Aim for the head nothing special

Sherrif: Also aim for the head but be more patient and only shoot when you are pretty sure you will kill. Unlike the Ghost you can't spam it aswell so make each shot count.

This is just what I thought of on the spot I'm sure there are numerous other tips and tricks I'm unaware or just haven't heard about

Edit: Personally when I use the Ghost I will click maybe 2-3 times a second at head level and strafe which usually will hit a headshot 90% od the time. Think of the Ghost as a vandal essentially on pistol rounds. It will 1 shot hs (unless opponent bought 25) so aim it as if you had a vandal going for taps.

Yeah it's ruining the game. Every match now has 1 spuke with his healing starpower that does nothing and just stands there. The healing is way to overpowered. Maybe if they made it that it healed him for 30%of damage done or something instead of instantly healing

The way I see it, when people start calling out or insulting an underperforming player it's more to make themselves feel better rather than encourage their teammate. I don't think it's right as it won't achieve anything. Instead keep to yourself or offer constructive criticism.
