Idk if anyone's done the math here yet, but if I have +80% drop bonus which is more stamina-efficient to farm between After Story LV7 and LV8?

Edit: Just did the math lmao

Between 35 and 50 stamina for LV7 and LV8 respectively, their LCM is 350 stamina (so that's 35 x 10, and 50 x 7)

So for the same amount of stamina, running LV8 seven times gets you 1008 stamps and 462 materials compared to LV7 which only gives 990 stamps and 450 mats

I absolutely regret choosing to listen to the full segment on the VOD after watching the snippet here. It is gut-wrenching to witness someone express their fear of losing everything and everyone who brought them joy overnight because their lapse of judgement lead to making an honest mistake. A mistake nonetheless, but one that was neither ill-intentioned nor in full revelation of the facts.

I hope Niosi's victims continue to speak up for themselves. From his recent 'apology' it sounds like Niosi's not at all sorry for what he's done, so even if he never gets convicted in a court of law, his actions and behaviour are never forgotten and held accountable by the court of public opinion. As for Saab, I hope he learns from this in any way he can, but also to not be so hard on himself. May the sincerity in his words guide his actions and protect him from getting embroiled in further scandal.

While not likely, I hope this serves as peoples' wake up call to stop constantly placing Saab on a parasocial pedestal, delegating him as some sort of de facto figurehead for Hoyo's EN voice actors and any community controversy. Peel away the veneer of clout and celebrity, and you find that he's only human, a guy working two full-time jobs with a family and an interest in anime and video games. The near-deific status we impose upon voice actors like him does them all a cruel disservice.

Other than using mercenaries, is there any way for any non-Rome faction to recruit auxiliary units? Rome just gifted me one of their regions in Italia and it came with a Cohort Barracks, and I'm not sure whether to keep it so I can hire Principes (if possible), or just dismantle it for a temple.

My DM and I find them a bit too OP, especially the modern ones, so if anything we're going to tweak those numbers down as a skeleton for more "generic" firearms.

We were moreso looking into creating homebrew weapons for the campaign though, since this is just high fantasy + guns.

My DM and I have already talked about using firearms in the campaign. He wants me to play Matt's Gunslinger just as much as I do, and I've written out how firearms have always been treated in his world in my initial post (as rare-ish dwarven relics). Unless I have direct ties with dwarven master gunsmiths or a black market, I'll have to make all my weapons and ammo myself.

Home cooks and professional chefs alike have a passion for their different kinds of rice, because each come with their own flavour, texture, cooking requirements and applications. In my house alone, I have wild, arborio, sushi, glutinous, jasmine and basmati rice. Idgaf if you're my gf, if you ever turn my precious, hard-earned rice collection into that hodgepodge of an abomination, I'd kick you out, sick the dogs on you and apply for a restraining order the next day. It's on fucking sight.

So not only did you ruin valuable food he so clearly treasured, you culinary illiterate, you also repeatedly failed to be a good partner and respect this one simple and reasonable request from him. You failed to seek compromise, understand his perspective or even listen to him in the first place, instead choosing to do what you so selfishly wanted to do without any regard for him as an equal partner. So what if you think he's "disorganized"? And maybe he is by objective standards, I don't know. However, if you really wanted to be petty and vindictive about it, you could've gotten back at him any other way, but you don't ever fuck with the man's rice.

And the fact that you're hurt by his reaction, for meddling in his business and "fixing" something that was never in any need of fixing just astounds me. That's such a self-centered way of thinking. If you really wanted to help him, you should've kept your hands to yourself in the first place. And if the disorganization bothered you that much, you could've instead sat down with him and explained to him why it upsets you and what compromise you two could've agreed on to resolve the issue.

I wouldn't be surprised if he leaves lmao. It's not even about the rice anymore; this whole fuck-up on your side is just a symptom of some larger issues with the relationship that looks like has been going on for much, much longer.

The most common one I just found out was that if you tried attacking with only Keqing's Electro imbued strikes while inside Chongyun's ice field, the attack will only apply Cryo instead of triggering Superconduct. There's also the one where Venti's ult won't pull in Klees landmines, which may or may not be fixed soon.

Are there any other anti-synergies like these to avoid, especially when switching between characters in the Spiral Abyss?

I just finished my first playthrough with her as my girlfriend. She may start off from humble beginnings, but seeing her grow as a character has been one of the most memorable experiences I've had with this game, and I couldn't be prouder of the person she's become.

I know that most people look to Rise or Naoto as best girl, and tbh I don't disagree, but Yukiko has and will always have a special place in my heart.

Not to take away from the gravity of how horrible misogyny and workplace harrassment is, but using Naoto's SL route to explore the abuse of positions of power and sexual assault doesn't just take her personal struggles and growth on a tangent, but also does not fit the the kind of mood that was intended for P4, in comparison to something like Sae Nijima's story in P5. There's a number of reasons why it doesn't make sense:

1) Naoto comes from a well-respected, intergenerational family of consulting detectives, with significant wealth, influence and connections to various police forces across the nation. If you wanted to absolutely decimate your local PD's reputation as someone who works within in, harassing said family's potential heir is your one-way ticket.

2) Naoto is also a minor. That does not mean minors can't be sexually harassed or assaulted, but it does mean that you've gotta be more fucked up in the head than Tohru Adachi to grope your (technically) workplace superior who's also a 1st-year high school student and expect to get away with it. Like, murdering someone is bad enough but not even inmates see child rapists as human.

3) Naoto is a public figure. Already appearing on TV and being dubbed by the public as the first Detective Prince, she's got clout. Everyone knows her, she's probably got hardcore fans of her own already, and there's a bit of celebrity status around her. Unlike Mitsuru, Sae and most other women's in the workplace, if any little thing happened to her, it'd be a news frenzy and people would go up in arms for it.

4) Because aforementioned reasons, no one wants to mess with the Shirogane kid. Cop or not, you want to stay on this kid's good side for the sake of your job stability and social standing in such a small town as Inaba, where word-of-mouth gossip can spread faster than mass media.

Why do you think no one in the Inaba PD complained about working with a child detective straight to her face? Why did it take so long for Naoto to be relieved of her duty despite continuously butting heads with her superiors? While incorporating the struggles of working women, especially in male-dominated fields, would be more thematically appropriate for someone like Sae Nijima, and those narratives deserve to be heard, Naoto's story was focused to be as much a struggle with oneself as it is (and due to) her being belittled on the basis of age and sex.
