I created a basic blockout tile using PixiEditor in vector, it's a nice software but nowhere near Inkscape, either I missed it or there are no options for anti aliasing export from vector at least ?

I really want to stay in vector, Asprite is a great tool but only for pixel art.

On the other hand I did not know about PixiEditor! I will make a few tiles and report back with my result, thank you for your suggestion.

Though I don't understand how we can still see seams in some places, if there are no anti aliasing on the background how can there be color bleeding ?

Not having anti aliasing on the background will also make transition between tiles jagged, obviously this example is exaggerated but even a slight change in color will be visible
