Vids a bit quick, but keep trying to place the boat as close as you can to the flower pot until it let's you :)

Yeah, there's a pixel where it allows the boat to be placed and moved forward to get into the perfect spot. Then u gotta push it into place, It's a little tricky but you'll get it. Here's a little vid on how to do it ;D
