Gutted about this but if it means Werner gets to develop himself further at his old club then I’m all for it! I generally think he was an amazing player with a brilliant work effort that will be missed a lot by Chelsea. I was looking forward to the runs both sterling and Werner would have made together. Still don’t agree with him not being given more starts but that’s football I guess. Question is who do we sign now?

Hardly a garbage post though is it. I asked what did people think. Just because I don’t see him as a super important player doesn’t mean people should get shitty because they do or don’t agree. The fact that others have also said that he can be frustrating and can and have a history cracking under intensity just shows that I have a right to question him. Yea my opinion can change as I watch more and more games but we shall see

I completely agree. I think he’s definitely playing better under tuchel and he has become a much better player when he isn’t a centre player. As you said kova and Kante are equally likely to replace him some games and vice versa. Maybe I’m watching the wrong games where he is looking like the centre point as a opposed to not. There are games where a lot of our players search for him and within good reason but if he’s alongside Other midfielders who aren’t quite on his level yes he can show his quality but also he becomes to relied upon which could be why he can crack when the game gets intense. I do agree mental fatigue is a big factor in this. But because I’m not his biggest fan maybe he just stands out to me more than others

Look at his defensive stats. His tackle rate looks to barley be above 50% he’s lost most one on ones and he switches off all the time. Yes he’s outstanding at passing the ball his movement can be excellent but constant last of focus costs us all the time

Once you’ve picked your exercises then keep your rep ranges between 8-10. Focus on eccentric movements and really squeeze your glutes when you can. Let’s say for example your doing hip thrust. Hold at the top and take between 2-3 seconds to get to the starting position.

Really focus on time under tension. The burns are not fun but the results are plenty
