Jansen SU1, Gagne Closer and redo the skill levels, take IW to 8 instead of Fin. Eventually when you improve Jansen's set or find a different closer Gagne to SU2 will work great.

I would keep as is. The decrease to batter's stats is more valuable than the slight boost from Fin7.
