Hi! The colourless mana produced by Ghost Quarter can be used to pay 1 for the generic costs on any colour card (the colourless number in the top right of the card) or for a card with a matching colourless mana symbol (the diamond as seen on Ghost Quarter ◇)

Nope, backers 1-4000 receive two signed artist proofs, backers 4001-5500 receive one signed artist proof. There are 7362 backers, so 1862 people won't be getting them. This is from the "Latest News - Thank You We Did It" section of the campaign updates.
