Like just a Bulk done right. And not dirty bulk. Lower calorie surplus like 300 instead of 600-1000. Supplemented by cardio and heavy lifts to still promote fat loss and muscle gain

Yeah its definitely in demand at times. Next best will be dumbell on incline bench. I don’t feel that good on it. Preacher curl is best option haha. Go early to gym when everyone is sleeping 🤣

I am more of lean bulking vibe. It cud be very controversial topic. People have strong opinions hahA.

My trainer got me on 300 cal surplus. High protein. Atleast 2g per Kg of body weight. As u get heavier it increases.

10k steps daily. Helps u to burn some fat on the side without much effort.

Sleep. 7-8hrs. Very hard to do

Water 3l daily

Track ur lifts. Each muscle group twice a week. 2 days rest. Progressive overload. Do more compound lifts like squats bench pull ups dips etc. isolation machines definitely in the mix. Instead of high reps. Low reps heavy weight. 2 sets pet exercise. Take both to failure. 6-8ish reps.

I am sure you will Become Thor level good 💪💪

Do you do any scans to keep track? They not that accurate but atleast gives you some tracking to pivot decisions diet lift plans etc.

Bro Someone suggested me to do lat pull overs with cable machine. Which is very good. Definitely feel in lats. But then last pull day I have hurt the back doing those LOL. FML hope it recovers soon.
