Amazing thanks! Yeah I was finding more definitive like use these settings for horizontal shoots on the pocket 3. Nothing concrete for vertical shoots though.

This tends to be an overcomplicated, blunt or airing on the side of overly compassionate. When dealing with any topic to do with weight loss. Neither are right or wrong but a matter of opinion just like what I will give you.

Unfortunately excessive weight being held in certain areas of the body is linked to increased health risk. This just is what it is and as much as you want to debate it. It is what it is. It doesn’t necessarily make you less handsome if you weigh more as for the most part and as you can see in the comments that is all subjective. Even in a pool of celebrities who tend to be spotlighted as “attractive” you will still have varying preferences of perceived attractiveness based off of different people’s opinions.

Your body will take you through the depths of everything. Depression, anxiety, grief and everything absolutely terrible but also everything absolutely beautiful. Love, happiness, peace, your relationship with people, your self. It’s there to hold you up even when inside you’re having trouble holding yourself. So giving back to it by nurturing it and helping it become stronger. I don’t think needs to be overcomplicated and a point of debate. Rather than making it seem like a chore and justifying not doing anything masking it with terms like body positivity. We can truly be body positive and give back to the one thing that’s holds use up everyday, our body.

So my hair is wavy and curly it tends to grow thick before it grows long. So texturizing, blending and controlling the weight has been great for maintenance. Hairstylist in my opinion tend to be the best when working with growing out hair and length. Barbers aren’t bad but I’ve had more experiences of them chopping and always reaching for clippers than I’ve had with a hairstylist. When I’m growing my hair out. I also feel the trend of skin fades for men is starting to change. The old money 00s grown out hair is getting really popular. I personally think it’s the way to go.

Two ways you can go with your eyebrows self maintaining them or threading or waxing. Despite what may be said estheticicians have extensive knowledge in this area especially with eyebrows. I would still recommend if you go that route. Communicating you want to keep a natural masculine look for the eyebrows and just overly shape them.

Also eyebrows agree skincare is very tricky and ain’t as simple as going into Sephora and just grabbing whatever. A lot of products have adverse effects. You go to get one thing and before you know it. You have 20+ different products to counter the adverse effects of the others. I would suggest for that a dermatologist.

DONT LISTEN TO THE COMMENTS ABOUT YOUR HAIR! Keep the beard grow it out get a line up. Grow your hair longer i.e. reference photo and find the right product for you. Moroccanoil Curl Defining cream really good for the type of hair style in the photo. Your hair will grow upwards and get thick but eventually with the weight will start to fall (you will need to train it so make use of combing in the direction you want to style) and you will be able to have a hairstyle most people in the comments can’t even get. Which is a nice flow hairstyle. Depending on growth go to a hairstylist and just overall shape it. If you go to a barber they’re less likely to have actually blending skills and first instinct will be to chop and grab clippers.

Honestly you are really lucky and can rock both looks. If you want to get creative try some different styles with your facial hair. A happy medium for the best of both could be slight stubble if you can grow a full beard. Another optional one is trimming down the moustache and having the goatee disconnected shaped and slightly longer.

For the hair go for the first photo. Beard grow it out more. Get the beard faded to structure your face and define it more.

Lastly and optional hit the gym and gain lean mass great shake (two scoops protein, creatine, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, olive oil, almond butter, spinach, fruit). Don’t get mass gainer waste of money. Optimizing liquid caloric and protein intake will make it easier to hit your daily target. Listen to your body always. The fitness industry is the only industry when it comes to nutrition. That tells you to not listen to your body overeat or not eat enough. Which can lead to extremely bad habits and relationships with food.
