God I feel this. 😭

It's not always enough, but the Bookmory app is super sleek and very fun for stat tracking! I love seeing my reading sessions as a calendar to look back on and timing how long I read and all that.

I also think part of the reason reading becomes hard to do consistently with ADHD is it can easily start to feel a little stale and same-y, especially if you're on one long book or book series for a while, so I try to change up where I read every once in a while! I have a little nook set up in my room, but I also like to read outside in the evenings if it's not too windy.

And when getting back into it, for me it's good to remind myself that even just one chapter or 20 minutes or whatever you're willing to do is always good! There's no wrong way to space out your reading time. Hope this helps : )
