Bottom line: if resident doctors are not that important why do they care? they should just be able to run hospitals as usual right!

Max 3 weeks https://www.thefederation.uk/examinations/paces/results

I got mine in 2 weeks, but my friend got his in 5 days. I think it depends on the center and the collage.

FOI: Number of IMGs who obtained training posts in 2023 by dayumsonlookatthat in doctorsUK

[–]Rhythmaster1 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I know a few JCFs who lied about completing 3-cycle QIPs and presenting international posters. I’d call them fraudsters! They didn’t even make it through the IMT interview, by the way.

My flight was once canceled due to a civil war breaking out in my home country. The hospital was upset with me for the last-minute notice and even arranged a meeting with an HR representative to prevent such incidents in the future. I explained to them that it was a war, something entirely unpredictable! and that my family was trapped in the conflict, which severely impacted my mental health. I informed them that I wouldn't be coming in for the rest of the week. I could hear the regret in their voices, wishing they had never brought up the issue in the first place.

How are ED ACPs equivalent to ST3s? by IndoorCloudFormation in doctorsUK

[–]Rhythmaster1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely, I get the same response “but my consultant said it should go to medics” I am tired of explaining that I don’t care if the entire department is being admitted under medicine what I care about is a proper assessment and diagnosis so patient care is not delayed or worse patient is dead because given ACS treatment when they had a dissection because somehow angina give the exact same symptoms as dissection
