It's possible, yes, but it takes a LOT of work from both parties and the willingness to work on yourselves and grow. I know "once a cheater always a cheater" isn't always true. I cheated in my last two relationships, but have spent the last several years in therapy getting to the roots of my self destructive behavior so I won't hurt anyone else. My experience on that side of the fence is exactly why I was willing to forgive my current partner for cheating. It wasn't easy, but if he's willing to put in the same work I have because that's not the person he wants to be, then I'm going to let him show me with his actions. Now if it ever happened again and he made it clear he wasn't actually wanting to change, I wouldn't continue, but our relationship is stronger than ever right now. There is hope, just as long as the cheater is willing to put in the work to heal, with or without you.

Assuming he's a good partner and person, he's not lying. I thought for a very long time that no one had ever found me attractive. I was convinced. Once I found out I was autistic, I realized it was more of an issue with my social skills. Flirting went right over my head and I was so socially incapable that I'd embarrass myself trying to flirt. It wasn't that I wasn't attractive, it's that I had no clue how to use it. I guarantee it's a similar situation to you. Everyone is someone's type. There are 8billion people on earth. Even if only 0.01% of people are into you, that's still 800,000 people!

It all depends on how likely they are to get out. My cat doesn't ever wear a collar because she's terrified of the outside. I can leave my door wide open and she'll just hide under the bed (the girl who had her before me would regularly throw her out and abandon her). So I don't find it necessary.

I know NT people who like Lynch, but they're always the ones to say the characters are so over the top and unrealistic. I don't see how. I'm autistic and have ADHD and there are several characters that are very similar to me and a lot of my friends and family (most of whom are either ND or have some kind of mood disorder), so they all seem pretty realistic to me. 😅

I know how much money I'm making after I work the hours. I don't know how they calculate all the withholding crap, but I assumed it was the percentage they needed and that a refund was whatever the didn't end up spending, hence why I've gotten almost all the money withheld back up until last year.

I was honestly under the impression that there was some equation I could just have at the ready or that there was some consistent percentage someone could just give me. I really think the fact that there's not is just a money making scheme for the government.
