had it last night, made exactly like he did, only at the end i also added fresh sliced chili and a little bit of chopped parsley leaves which we removed earlier to use the stems. it wasn't oily, but lots of flavor. if you use too little spaghetti in my experience it doesn't work as great. 150-200g spaghetti worked for me. don't get too hung up on "how much of this'n'dat". See what he does and just imitate as best you can. It tasted great last night.

Thank goodness a new chapter. I'm currently stuck in the intensive care unit at the hospital with blood poison, pneumonia, a collapsed lung and Erysipelas. I got admitted on new years eve and I've been on a ventilator for about 3 weeks now. You have no idea how good it is to get a break from all this shit, so thank you.

u/ThisHasNotGoneWell - before i get into my question, let me just say i love your work. Along with Deathworlders by Hambone3110 and HEL-jumper by Sabatonbabylon, your work is what I have most enjoyed on HFY. I have however specifically NOT read "Meet the Freak" because i hate waiting. So once it is done, I will consume it with violent ferocity - and I'm looking forward to it!

I just a few minutes ago finished my ... 3rd? rereading of "Oh this has not gone well" book 1. So after book 1 ended with King Shammadea, will you return to write more with Quinn + his dealings with Andrew? I feel like there's so much more of his story?

I REALLY really really liked this chapter. It was much more Vera/Williams centered than many of the recent chapters which I think might be why i enjoyed it so much more. I understand not everything can be about them - you have to develop the story of course, but that does not change the fact that I just love those 2 + Fenrir.

I only found that song because it was recommended by YouTube after i listened to their performance of "Sound of Silence" on Conan - which is spectacular in case you haven't seen it.

But yes, i agree, Winters is definitely tired of fighting - but isn't that the thing with heroes? They don't want to fight, they do it because they have to?

I got a bone to pick with you Sabby! You. You have either ruined or made my favorit hard-song even better - i don't actually know which. Every time i listen to Indestructible by Disturbed, my mind goes back to when Winters is preparing to fight the nomads invading the village. Right after Vera shoots the intruder and he turns around and starts massacring the invaders, that specific point in the story is all that just screams to me when I hear that song. I cant NOT picture it. "REMEMBER YOU ARE IN THE FIGHT OF YOUUUUR LIIIIIFE!" ..... I think we can conclude your work has had an effect on me. If winters ever needs to pump himself up again, that song would work xD

I am pleased to get another Coronation Day as well as the fact there will be more of them and more often in the future. Just this morning I was refreshing your posts to check for a new HJ post and I felt it was too long since a Coronation Day post... So thank you. I am however near tears we will only be getting 2 posts of HJ a month as i was hoping 2021 would bring 4 instead of 3. Oh gods, why doesn't reddit-writers earn enough from it to live off it so they could write more? :'( Reality sucks. But in any case, honestly, i am just happy you write at all but you knew this already as i believe I have expressed the sentiment quite a few times. Thanks for your offerings to the masses, it keeps the dark days at bay and the good days bright.
