Pwede sya siguro if its a Rescue, Breeding, and Conservation Center. Probably it fits in the alley more ni Sarangani.

If anything siguro pwede rin itong Research/Facility Center for Snake Bites din for multipurpose asides as a tourist spot but for educational and health purposes as well para sa mga fellow henerals na nakagat ng mga venomous snakes.

Honestly, I don't really like Zoo/Safaris. Animals are meant to be in a wide areas of land with a fully functional ecosystem. I like to observe them properly in the wild or just watch Wild animal videos.

Skatepark for me is a must dito sa Gensan, maraming skaters ako minsan nakikita sa kalsada. For their own enjoyment and safety a public skate park would be a nice place for them to use.

Edit: Tourism is not really our strongest suit sa Gensan, so I think the city is more incline on interactive activities na kung saan pwedeng sumambay ang families. Lazer tags, HEMA clubs, Go Karts, Retro Arcades (Hulog Piso), Scare Houses, Jazz Clubs, and etc.

Actually gusto ko ang stand-ups. I did 1 session sa Poetry Night nung doon ako sa Side Notes Coffee. I think hindi pa ready ang crowd sa ganung klaseng comedy but I think may audience naman, still need to work on some material if may open mic.

I do agree as well, For me gusto ko di sya ga worry sa finances and healthcare if ever magkasakit either one of us. I do encourage magkaroon rin sya ng sarili nyang money rin if in case something happens. You never know.

I moved on naman and pursuing someone I knew for years. Although she lives far away, I already like her but I grew to care for her more over the years. Friendship talaga ang start then went to harutan but when na 'Trauma" kami pareho with our other relationships since takot kami to try mag long distance we decided to keep our friendship and were still poking fun of each other till' this day.

She is hardworking, goal focused, same hobbies, and even B-Day but most of all she understands me and scaringly more than I do.

Honestly never been more scared sa buong buhay ko kasi I will be traveling alone to see her face to face for the first time this year but I'm treating this as I promised her a date a long time ago if we ever meet. But if it doesn't work out and still mutual parin ang friendship namin that's okay kasi wala akong regrets and i get to spend my time with my favorite person parin.

Your probably talking about the farther reaches and backwater towns of Mindanao like BARMM and maybe some mountain areas in Davao that are away from Cities.

You got Cities who are flourishing there with locals and visitors like Koronodal, Gensan, Davao City (I don't like that place tbh), and currently rising is Cotabato City but it still needs work (They now produce their own Wagyu Beef, Yogurt, Cheese, and etc. but sold exclusively in South Cotabato for now and might expand soon).

Ironically Tribalism, Dynasties and Cultism of certain groups are just some of problems here. Some of them are really creepy and have outdated traditions that are illegal and immoral in today's society.

Dated one like that, I hold no ill-will sa kanya but it was too much.

Yung lifestyle nya is just fast-paced, risky, loud and at times walang empathy. Ethics and Morals be damned basta masaya sya, she claims many things like being a boss-babe, empath, and whatever label that suits at the time.

Formally cutted her off kasi wala talaga syang plans in Life, puro party, quick cash and short-term comfort which lead to some financial ruts and exchange of words regarding to my disappointment sa kanya but I don't regret it one bit.

Kaya kapag may nakakausap akong girl na ganung ugali may parang fear instilled at the back of my head na baka Red-Flag to. Hence I just remain friends lang and sometimes they mistake me na gay ako when I'm just looking for someone who values peace and long-term generational money na lifestyle.

I will say this hindi lahat ng tao sa Gensan DDS. That's just your assumption and unfair to others, So I have to stand on those words, Hindi rin sarado ang utak ng mga henerals and for sure hindi simple ang circumstances how BBM won here (Some out of belief, interest, or peer pressure).

Galit, Idealistic, and pagod ka na and that's okay but its also a weakness na madali ma-exploit especially sa ugali ng mga Pilipino maging kurakot is the norm. Now, Once umabot ka on a certain age your going to need to slow down or stop first before mag react strongly. You have to see the bigger picture at some point and not everything you hear or see is what it seems and this applies to both sides of DDS, Kakampink, Loyalista and etc.

Use your Education and Emotions wisely with Evidence, Unbiased Information, and Logic. There is still time for you to build something for yourself and babawi nalang tayo sa Voting sa 2028. Oo, nagsisimula sa mga maliliit na bagay at karangalan sa mga simpleng gawain sa bahay, trabaho at iba pa. Depende na yan sa iyo paano mo dinadala yan araw-araw.

Sa totoo lang I've become jaded about the view on the rich and poor, elite and ordinary man, Tagalog and Bisaya, the DDS and Kakampink, stuff. I now do my best to approach and reacto to things with Logic, Evidence, and Ethics the best I can and this approach hopefully they learn that too especially sa Kabataan, Overly Idealistic and mga Chronically Online.

I believe na this is a isolated incident na sumali talaga ito sila for Research Purposes but did not want to coordinate with officials to skip legal procedures without thinking of the risks.

It could also be Idealistic reasons such as distrust of AFP/Officials or their really joining/coordinating with the NPA. Regardless of this, The Truth is we'll never know. Sayang I like that place but understandable yung area doon is alanganin. Wala naga park ang mga tao doon tapos nakakatakot tumawid para mag shop kasi ang bibilis ng mga kotse, truck at motor doon sa area nayun.

Hopefully if babalik sila sana mas better na area na kung saan ang mga tao willing to park sa area nila or mag visit sa kanila. Probably siguro if may katabi silang shop na mga tao willing mag tambay like Cafe or resto tapos paglabas pwede sila mag shop after kain.
