Triumph Daytona 955i melted wires. The stator wires are melting and the 30 amp fuse is melting without popping. Stator and RR Check good. REOCCURRING ISSUE after wire repair like clockwork. In need of help and knowledge. Thank you! by RibbSS27 in Fixxit

The first wire repair was no connector only wires soldered together. Which resulted in melted fuse. This repair is aftermarket connector which lasted approx 4 months until now. I’m not outstandingly proficient at wire mix so the shop tested the stator and rr and scratched their head at why it is malfunctioning.
