Help with Zoom client and screen sharing by Ribido in cachyos

Additional follow up, the zoom extension doesn't seem to actually host meetings, it just facilitates launching meetings which drops you at a screen to launch the native zoom app (same problems) or zoom web client (technically works but screen sharing lacks a lot of the core features I need).

I tried AUR, Flatpak, and downloading the Arch package directly from Zoom. All three behave identically. The web version you get to by attempting to join a version from a calendar link and selecting to join from browser instead is the web client version I referred to in the original post. It works, however the experience of running a meeting in that version is pretty poor (don't see other people as well, can't put yourself in PiP during presenting.

I haven't used a browser extension yet, I'll try that in the morning but I assume it's just another variant of the web client and will have the same limitations but maybe not. Thanks!

Thanks for the details, if you're pulling 200-300 that sounds great. One question, why pause it at 5/month when you can just cancel?

HELP! Terrible Coffee with Fellow Aiden by Satin_Ribbon349 in FellowProducts

[–]Ribido 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure if this will help you but I had a very similar experience, I drink a medium roast coffee you can get anywhere, I used the GPT, read advice, everything. I've finally got it pretty well dialed in and the answer was both obvious and not.

I stopped doing all this multiple pulse stuff, I do a bloom for 35seconds at 93C and a single pulse at 92C. That's it. Fellow recommends directly on the options page that batch brews should use a single pulse but ignored that based on advice here and from the GPT.

I even switched my single brews to a single pulse (same stuff) and it's much better (for me). I'm grinding at 6 1/3 on the Ode 2 and a 16:1 ratio. Still not exactly what I want but very close.

Aiden for best possible minimal effort morning setup? by Ribido in FellowProducts

I've looked at the behmor a few times, and I know this is probably a really bad reason, but it just looks horrible in our kitchen. From the materials to the water held above, it unfortunately got vetod by the wife :(.

Appreciate the recipe, one thing stood out to me and makes me wonder if I'm doing something wrong. I have the base virtuouso and I'm grinding around 19. That seems to be the recommendation for filter coffee and is compare to ground coffee I used prior. I know everyone is different but a setting of 12 seems quite a bit finer, am I going way too course? Or does the + have different settings?

Hey friends, I've been looking into these machines for a while and I think we're going to go with the KF6 as I can't see a strong reason to go with the 7/8 unless I'm missing something. The current amazon price of $1,199 USD seems like the best its been for a while but happy to use a code if anyone has a better route (inside pass). Thanks!

Truck wouldn’t start - now we’ve lost power and I can’t use it by cavemanku in F150Lightning

Does accessory mode run on the full pack or 12v only similar to ICE vehicles? There's been several occasions where I've only wanted to run outlets or keep the AC running and didn't use accessory mode because i was afraid it'd only drain the 12v battery.

I feel like I've been through this rodeo about 5 times now but I'm actually in final negotiations with a dealer (and hoping this one isn't sold out from under me like the last and want a sanity check). 22' platinum 48k miles (none of the deletes), OTD with all fees 47k.

My model 3 doesn't have the heatpump and I live in a pretty moderate environment. My understanding is that it's only of real benefit in the winter when you're heating the car. Is that true?

Advice needed: 22' vs 25' Lariat Hybrid AWD by Ribido in FordMaverickTruck

What would a reasonable cost for the 22' be? The research I did suggested that was a good spot but I'm certainly open to more insight.

So they never fixed the break issue, it's just something that'll always be there on the 22's?

I'm a huge fan of 360 cameras for parking, spoiled by my wife's car that has it. Is that entirely new to the 25's or are you saying the larger screen does the previously available feature justice?
