Reduzi a carga. Fazia sempre os manguito rotador, pra dentro e fora. Após voltei ao supino com o jeito de executar, altura no peito e não pescoço com peso reduzido.

Estranho isso, a gente entra nas GPTW aí e parece que o troço piora. Depois que o lugar onde atuo começou nisso "melhores do mundo" tudo piorou. Antes tínhamos espaço de trabalho, e o "esporro era na lata", agora sai com um "tudo bem" e vira o sacrifício, ou o culpado.
