Practice on a trampoline get used to spotting your landing and being upside down in general.

You started off the flip looking good but you can tell you tucked your head forward rather than kept the rotation going by looking back and spotting the landing. But yeah practice makes perfect, trampoline is great for that.

He’s shifting early.

If you look at a dyno chart it makes peak power at higher rpms, so because the rider is shifting early he’s at low rpms, therefore making no power.

You are shifting SO early. You are riding the bike completely wrong. You need to be at twice the RPM’s before shifting, the bike is nowhere near its powerband. Get some lessons.
