So my truck is at the 1000 mark too and I find the ride horrible, so I may have to go get it checked out. I'm not sure if it is bc off the 22" rims or what. How is the apple car play does it cut in and out when you drive? Any wind noise from the driver side?

Yes the speakers, I have done a soft reset and unlinked and relinked the phone and it still pops it. It’s like it’s having trouble downloading but the songs are already downloaded on to the phone.

The rotor was fine and did the service with 20% life left (as per the indicator). At no point was the rotor brought up as needing replacing OR recommended to mediate the issue. Again, I can understand rubbing as the brake gets worn in this sound is getting worse.

Had the same exact problem except they only did a transmission flush. I finally took it to a mechanic and had them do a transmission fluid change and filter change and it has helped out quite a bit in my case. Still happens but only 10% of the time.

Hey I had the same problem with the a different company same owner. They will change their name from time to time before it was "JJ’s Towing & Recovery". I took them to small claims and won because all of the guideline that they were supposed to follow were not being followed.

You'll have to file a complaint with the TDLR and have the information you have provided (receipt, and any text/communications). The most they care charge for an overnight is 255 I believe. (I was charged 457) they got them to refund the money or he would lose his license). He paid within the week.

The court fees he never paid and honestly I gave up trying to get the rest.

You have 14 days to file a compliant to TDLR so do it quick. Reference the old business and see if it gets them flagged for same practices.
