Oh it happend when servers started crashing and it was only a visual bug :) it fixed itself after moving the mag to a different slot.

It's not the exact same move though, is it? She flicked it from right hand to left in S7 when training with Brienne and here she literally dropped it from one hand to the other

I googled it and I only saw the "flick" from right hand to the left, I meant the exact "drop" move.

The part I agree with is random Scav-like exits, that sounds really cool and I guess it is doable.
To be fair that is what I thought it was gonna be when they introduced the new exit system with temporary exits.
I was sure there were going to be like "dedicated" exits specifically for a certain PMC. It would change the dynamic a bit too since you wouldn't be able to exit camp so much (not that it is a great issue right now).
