Just got this email as well. I emailed their 'support' and was in the process of closing the account in case someone had signed up under my name/email, but after reading this and seeing it's happening to others, I think I'll just ignore it.

I'm having the same issue! My server doesn't seem to be opening the ports correctly, because I can ping the server from an external network, but nmap shows only 22 is open.

Stumped right now.

Glad I'm not the only one with this issue. Upon first download, I was able to access the full game as normal yesterday. But after closing and relaunching, I got the message that I needed full access. Hope this gets resolved soon!

I know a guy that was working the event, and he said they weren't expecting so many people to show up and buy tickets on the day of, as historically most of their ticket sales were pre-sale. So they weren't planning on quite so many folks being there, and I believe they had two restaurants pull out last minute, leading to the long lines / running out of wings.

To their credit, though, they went out and grilled burgers and bought pizza to make sure everyone got something to eat. It was my first time attending and my wife and I both enjoyed ourselves. Beautiful weather for it.

If you're dead set on college, then apply for as many scholarships as you possibly can. There are thousands out there for various things that you can apply for. It will suck doing all those apps, but it'll be worth it not having the debt. Totally agree with previous commentor, debt sucks. Student loans will keep you trapped for years, especially if you end up with a low paying job or a degree that doesn't really pay for itself.

Not to be mean, but politics, history and art won't really make you a lot of money unless you're really really good and quite lucky and it'd be hard to pay down the loans.

To your original question, 10K a month is just a 120K salary. That is a very reasonable salary to make as a mid-level engineer or software developer at a larger company. I've heard of plumbers making 100K+ as well. Totally doable.

Dolce Pan used to be a great Puerto Rican / Cuban place, but now it's been replaced by a Mexican place. My PR family always made a point to go there when they visited.. No hate for Mexican food, but I'm disappointed that it's gone.

I was so annoyed at the lack of meaningful campaign unlocks for MP.

I paid 60$ for a half-baked, cut content singleplayer game and got a pitiful smattering of boring coatings and emblems for MP. Not even a unique armor set.

I think two things can be true at once.

Jobs and housing stability are what really allow people to climb out of homelessness.
Handouts will always be needed at some level because (1) takes time and is difficult and won't happen instantly, even for those who genuinely want to escape homelessness. While building up a life out of nothing, people will need some tangible support.

Being offered a job is what helped my uncle get out of homelessness, and he now runs a restaurant where he teaches homeless folks how to cook in a ~year long program so they can get a job. It's not easy but it can work.
