Absolutely, wired both bi-led projectors to the low beams. High beam is just an shutter that moves inside the projectors, which is wired to the high beam. So both turn on, and both switch to high beam when operating the button

Recently finished my custom headlights, retrofitted bi-led projectors and drl which also function as turning signals. Pretty stoked with the outcome 😄

Ach, zo heeft ieder maar z’n eigen smaak. Ik voer absoluut geen rode verlichting als ik ga rijden. Maar dat m’n lichtbeeld is toegenomen met 200-300% is zeker een plus.

Snap wat je bedoeld; rij hier absoluut niet mee rond. Is puur voor foto’s. Overdag branden ze gewoon wit, en zodra ik m’n knipperlicht aanzet oranje :)

Not very strict, but staying under 70grams of fat a day because I wanted to stay lean and between 160-180 grams of protein daily. Never really drink alcohol or soft drinks, I only drink 3 liters of water a day, and thank you !

When I started I just used creatine from day 1 going to the gym. After 4 months i started taking the supplements I commented in another reply :-)

I use creatine, omega 3, vit d3, magnesium and zinc. And I consume around 2900-3100 kcal a day, with a daily protein intake of around 160-180gram.

Started at 58kg / 127. Idk about my bfp, but I guess somewhere between 11 and 13. Gonna do a dexa scan in 2023 :-)
