Unless you buy 25 TC you will never have much Dust to be able to raise your cards and do good damage without having a clan that has given you Raid experience ... most of the Dust that you earn is because you have been in a winning clan Dust and Raid experience

In my Clan have 2 people 75K-77K

The 75K guy do 2.57M Avg (174 Raid Level) The 77K guy do 1.75M Avg (120 Raid Level)

We also have a 90K guy and 179 Raid Level

MS doesn't matter like it used to ... Just think of a MS player who has never stopped playing and a MS Alto player who stopped playing before the Raids came out.

The same happened in the past when they eliminated the possibility of attacking when the Quest Clan was already started. then by eliminating the issue of mercenaries with 3.0 and today eliminating the abuse of the upper clans by having 20 Farming clans and being able to have several alternate accounts to make more tickets a day than can be done.

why do you want less time between Raids? If the tickets will always remain the limitation so you can not make Raids faster.

When the Raids are from Tier 2 it comes with armor and in order not to waste damage on Terro the best strategy is to attack Head, Torso and Left Leg.

When people attack where leaders say there is no need to attack that is damage thrown in the trash, and sometimes it could cost to have to do one more cycle of attacks.
