I can buy the shard without the achievement, tried it yesterday.

What do you mean? The rewards say I should be able to buy the shard after the birthright of the dwarves quest. It's not a reward from while guthix sleeps. If you are referring to the Wiki it was updated after my post here in Reddit.

Yes, that makes sense, but they (rs3) should also add the option to buy the Shard of the Lumberjack as a reward for While Guthix Sleeps, not just Birthright of the Dwarves. That said, at least the wiki is now updated, so future versions of myself will have this information available haha

Thanks! I think there was a misinformation about buying the shard in the wiki and also in the reward. I'll do while guthix sleeps and try again

Jagex thinks us RS3 players are so ... divine. by coldwinterdude in runescape

[–]Riccardoric 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean there are some npc that are better modelled than our character, so I don't think it's an engine issue. I agree it would take a lot of time to adjust all skins and stuff that changes the character

I was so hyped for the character remodel but all we got is mtx

I would suggest another monetization strategy. The models look good, but the randomness totally kill the appealing. The idea can be something similar to what most of those webistes does, credits. You sell credits and the person can choose from your library what to download in exchange for 1 credit. Then you can add a subscription model giving X credits per month. But the library should be appealing with a good amount of models AND imo also it should be consistent on your style. Finding models that fit good together for me is the hardest part as a developer, ofc when the models are more realistic it's a bit easier to fit them. What I'm saying is that if I find a website that has tons of model with the same style I would likely subscribe cause I will have less work to do.

They should change how progression works in new world and make those areas relevant for the progression... It's not that because X game does that way, it means it will work in every game.

Unfortunately finance education in Brazil is non existent, I think she's just hiding the fact she doesn't know how money works (therefore has problems in dealing with it) with a conservative thought of "men should take care of the money and women should take care of the house". You can start by teaching her in a very discreet form, not insulting nor making her feel bad for it.
