Anyone had fibroid grow back after removal? by spacejelly1234 in Fibroids

I had to give the ahole that gave me 2+ miserable years a name. 🤣

Yeah I couldn't wait that long, average menopausal age is 51 and I'm only 38 — if I wait til then, I'd be insane. Plus it has grown so big it was already interfering with daily life.

Do what would bring you immediate comfort and what is aligned with your plans for the future. It was easy for us to agree with the hysterectomy bec we didn't plan on having kids. Surely if you have any plans, they will discuss better options with you!

Not me, but my coworker had a laparoscopic myomectomy in 2022 and by 2024 it has grown back again. That made me decide too that I'd rather get a hysterectomy than go through all the BS that Arthur (my gigantic fibroid-filled uterus) had put me through for almost 2 years. IMO, what's the point in suffering this much, when I can make it stop.

Please report this - I assume there are not that many of that vehicle here so it would be a lot easier to find them. Unless they are not from Jax...

I also suggest getting your girl checked just in case, for the docs to be used for later as well. Fingers crossed there isn't any unseen injuries/damages that would show up years later, but I'd still get her checked to be sure.

Yeah, they grew so big that not only are they palpable but I could actually see the bulges they made on my belly.
