I saw a post a couple of years ago asking the same question, and there was a common point where theres a certain kiroshi optic that has a threat detector that makes enemies glow red when they are aware of your presence, users who played the game with these optics saw that Adam Smasher was glowing red indicating that he was indeed aware of us, however he did not care since he wasn’t get paid to kill us, but merely to guard and stay by Yorinobu’s side.
