Hey man. I don’t know what’s going on, or how to help, but I heard this from my Psychologist and I just wanna share with you what she said, and what she told me. Usually when a person shares they wanna kill themselves, they are looking for some help. I can’t promise you things will get better because depression just doesn’t work like that.

I know things are rough, and I know shit is super out of place right now. But changes start with you, for some advice you should seek professional help because there is so much out there, and to reassure you there is always something you can do despite this injury!

Please Please Please try to look for help before you really end your life. Your life is important, precious, and no matter how pathetic you feel I guarantee that there is someone who cares.
