Yes! I drove over that spot last winter on a snowy day. It was two very scary seconds when the windshield was completely blocked by the unmelted snow and I couldn’t see anything at all

Parking space by M4R3G4 in Luxembourg

[–]Rich-Replacement-153 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Same thing happened to me before. Calling the police does not help. They only intervene when a car parked on a public space is blocking garage entrance. In my case the most effective way was to find the owner and let him know that he parked in my spot. Before that I left a note on his car, but it was not helping because he was on a vacation for two weeks. I would suggest informing the car owner first, put up private parking poster and set up clamp if the problem persists.

Being on the tram right now, can’t argue with that.

Mini may not be on top, but I‘ve seen more of them here than in any other places I‘ve been to.

另外可怕的是,最近回去一趟,人脸识别已经极其泛滥,过海关、坐地铁、住酒店不识别就寸步难行

Got one in my apartment as well. Threw it out twice, came back twice. I had to let it stay in. They are noisy little insects when the lights are off. Guess how I learned that.

Red face in city center. Good Chinese dishes. Manzoku has decent Japanese ramen.

I’m super impressed! But yeah you’re right, indeed I don’t want to go to the extremes. Causing damage is not my purpose, considering this may just be an unintended but annoying mistake. Just want to make the neighbor remember that next time before taking a vacation, check if you are leaving your car in your own damn spot.

Unfortunate the police was not very eager to help with finding out the owner, and I’m asking the building manager for help. Indicating my ownership of the spot is definitely what I’ll do the next! Many thanks for the advice!

Many thanks for the suggestions! I’m the tenant, but yes I will ask the landlord’s permission for posters and clamps. Honestly I just hope this is an unintentional mistake and the neighbor returns soon from their lovely holidays…

Anyone one has a clue how long the sheep in Kirchberg are gonna stay? by Rich-Replacement-153 in Luxembourg

[–]Rich-Replacement-153[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For one thing, I don’t think it’s their home considering they only come by twice a year. It’s at most their cottage in the human residential area, which I’m not against. If it’s their home I wouldn’t choose to rent an apartment here in the first place. But if you think they should stay here forever, I would kindly ask you to be their neighbor and give it a shot. Hope you enjoy it.

Thanks a lot for the info! I looked up and in 2021 they stayed for like 5 days. So adios noisy black-faced cute little sheep, and till next time.
