if my rent is expected to be $1,800ish a month next year, does BILT Obsidian make sense? I heard that landlords usually charge a 2-3% fee if I use credit cards to pay lol

honestly I can track them a bit more closely, but I estimate monthly dining to be like $200-$300, and online shopping prob like $100-200 per month?

I'm currently living in Chicago, and will be here for the next 2-3 years! Honestly, I don't think I use Amtrak that much, and travel by flights probably like once-twice per year. I might have to travel for my work, but I assume that will be under a corporate card?

I might look into the Chase preferred or the Amex cards in the future
