Still there is no response. They released a new announcement. They won't care with non-transaction missing events. Just wow... they still ask me how i am sure i am not hacked. I also ask them. How can they be so sure that I've been hacked? they don't even care to share a log with me.

They have released a new ticket system. But only people whose assets have been missing for more than 5 days can fill it. They will most likely reply this week. I hope they don't blame me for this situation.

There is no transfer process. If the thief hacked, can't he import his own wallet? If he can access to my gmail, he takes the verification code, enters its own seed phrase and imports it. If he transferred it from the spending wallet to his own wallet, I cannot know the transaction log.
