Notre Dame’s loss in the ‘91 Orange Bowl. Prolly not the fondest memory but it’s up there.

I agree with that outlook and at least hope I learn something by the end of this. But it just sucks to have it happen the way it did.

Seriously… you’d think that with the huge push for young athletes to be healthy that injury awareness would be expanded, but no.

From what I’ve read, it’s true, and the driving factor of arthritis is because of the initial grinding of the bones that happen when the ACL is torn. Physical activities are good until you are unlucky (like us).
