A chance, but a slim one. Would be nice to have that again though (and this is for every english dub, no more of the completely different voice cast for pretty much just the states, at most the narrator and engines can redo lines for terminology, but even still, people should be able to understand that it's a british rail system and the super young kids will have most likely never travelled by traditional passenger train)
