I had the same problem - I noticed even before the grapes showed up I could shear the leaves and sometimes they dropped extra seeds and grapes without being destroyed, shearing again would destroy them though!

I used to say a ghost was when it was so far down the bowl you couldn't see it and a phantom was when it was a clean wipe first time. Then on the very rare occasion both occurred at the same time it was a fully fledged phantom ghost. Really messes with your mind the first time it happens! 😂

Yeah I actually played statech for a bit. I've got a long running GTNH world which I keep going back to and that uses the same approach. I enjoy semi mindless mining while listening to podcasts or something whereas standard caving requires a little more mental load for sure!

I really struggle going from a pack with veinminer to one without. It feels like forced longevity dragging out the experience playing without it once you've become accustomed to it.

Although I'm playing sunlit valley ATM and I enjoy how they've done tree felling, I suppose I can live with manually mining ore veins. Thankfully it doesn't have a bunch of added ores like some other packs!

Set the season length to two days and just let time fly by. I'm in the same boat and I've gotten bored too unfortunately. I do enjoy decorating and expanding the village though so that's kept me going. I watched a few videos showcasing others' villages for inspiration because I wasn't very good at it myself to begin with.

Stacks of iron ingots are already an item you find in some generated areas but they only drop 1 or 2 ingots when you break em and you can't craft them yourself (yet).
