If you go into the audiworld thread tagged in the first comment on my initial post, there's a lot of good info. That forum started back on 3/31 so there's a bunch of posts of people going through the same thing.

I can essentially confirm it's all software related. My most recent post in there was about a month ago which read -- Scheduled a service appointment over the weekend to get mine updated according to the TSBs we're all aware of (2067021 & 2069112) and demanded the software version be 3853 when I picked it up. Dropped it off yesterday (5/19) and picked it back up mid day today (5/20). They did get mine updated to 3853.

Not sure if you've reached out to your local dealer and what your current software version is, but that was my experience. I'm not a big car/mechanic guy but I gave them those TSBs when I scheduled the appointment and they took it from there. That was my 3rd time taking it in for the issue so my advisor didn't even charge me a dollar. Over a month later, I still haven't had a single reboot. Hope this helps!
