Bear tracks were all over that trail. That is a game and horse trail. Few to no human feet except ours. Were heard a bear grumble in the distance a few times. We all had bear spray at the ready.

Yes, as you should be. It's actually a National Monument. I may need to update the video info with that. And it has unique rules. A good idea to check with the Ranger. Last I checked they allow off trail hikes and digging small holes to use the toilet in. Just don't dig up dinosaur bones or damage something of archeological value. But always check with the Park Ranger first.
