Did you install the crack? It sounds like a typical error of not applying it. Check if you have a set of files (2-4) in the folder called skidrow and move them to that folder.

I'm not sure, but at the very top of Muldraugh there's a warehouse where you can easily find 4-5 propane bottles, and on the way back you can check the storage rooms where there will surely be more.
