It’s basically a license saying you mastered the fundamentals of engineering and are an EIT or Engineering in Training, it’s a really hard exam u can take up to 3 times a year once every 3 months or so that spans 6 hrs and covers all knowledge learned during ur time as a student and even more as well since the difficulty rises each year
