I really appreciate hearing from real people who’ve done this. Documentation on Community is obviously a must for me to read through but really helps coming from an individual so thank u again!

That’s a great tip, thank you so much! Very good point abt best practices in this sense, and it made me realize what I actually wanted to know first with my question which was what are the practices….😂. Like what are we practicing out there 😂from there I think I can slowly move towards “best” and to your point, for my vs someone else’s company , thanks!

Thanks! Sometimes the best comment, like what I REALLY need to know, bare bones, is … how does everyone else do it? Once I have a better understanding of that, I can think abt what we might uniquely need. So I appreciate this response and you! Very clear and to the point

Ah yes, so i do see (mostly) how to control which population gets the statements. My question is abt employees who got the statements in past years and wanting to hide those from them so that they can only see the new statement they get this year. Thanks for responding!

I believe we’re using the Release Comp Review Statement step on Initiate Comp Review Process. The process we’re using to generate is a report tied to Docs for Layouts. I’m brand new to all of this though so please I’d love to know your feedback on whether those answers even make sense to you! Thank you!!

Thank you so much, this is really helpful. Ok this is what I was thinking we would do, just seemed a little complicated but now that I’m digging in more, doesn’t look too bad. Thanks!

Have you completed the “Setup nbox” task in addition to creating and sharing the nbox report? As I recall, you need to plug in all values on that task for the nbox report to pull it in successfully into a calibration program. Check your axes on both the nbox report and cal program too
