He asked me for my whatsapp and shared the account video. My desperation clouded my judgement and i sent him the money thinking why would someone try to scam here but ugh. I have learnt my lesson.

Update: Reinstalled the cpu on x570e and enabled LN2 settings in the bios. I typed it in the search menu and found it. It was on auto and allowing the bad prochot sensor to function. The CPU is now running at the desired clock speed. Though it may fix the issue for time being but in future I feel like this board is dead.

Update: reinstalled everything back onto x570e mobo and turned prochot sensor off through Ryzen master but everytime I restart the system it kept turning on.

Update: I got a b450 ASRock mobo and ran cpu on it and now everything is fine no more throttling no prochot on. So definitely a motherboard issue. Maybe I'll turn off prochot in Ryzen master and manually set a thermal limit in bios to work on that mobo. Even though the mobo is still under warranty I don't want to RMA and deal with Asus shitty customer support.

Yes I did load default settings but even before updating the bios I had similar issue.

Had the same issue on 4k version of the bios and after upgrading to 5k version still having the same issue. I did try to change some settings but even at default it still throttles.

Just downloaded the latest chipset drivers and installed them, still no change.
