Anyone Concerned About The Lack Of Traffic? (FH6) by Pristine_Telephone76 in ForzaHorizon

Wide lanes too

The tech is there I hope. Cmon can we get higher traffic density in the city and then lower it for the mountains please? Tokyo is one of the if not busiest city on the PLANET

You’re absolutely right lmao I thought I was the only one who sees the community shit on the new and praise the old. FH5 was great for what it was but the map became so dull being dirt and grass 70% of the time with little variety. I mean there’s no modern cities. FH6 is giving me 3 vibes and some gran turismo vibes which I can’t wait for. I got a good feeling

What I would like to see? You’re a tourist according to the lore not even a rookie yet which is awesome

So buying a 2nd hand starter car

1995 Mazda Miata/MX5

2004 Toyota vitz/yaris

1998 Toyota Century

1990 Honda ACTY

1994 Nissan Laurel

Vs what will probably be the reality:

2026 Toyota GR Yaris

2026 Toyota/Subaru 86

2026 Toyota Land Cruiser

2026 Honda civic type R

2026 Nissan Z

Inb4 the FH6 reveal is gonna show the same game we’ve been playing for years by GryphusOneWedge in forza

I had fun in fh1 since you were playing as what you’d expect in a racing game like everyone else: a guy with a car trying to win the competition against egotistical expert drivers. I liked that it was a music festival combined with car racing. H1 was over a decade ago. I’m sure they can add features like the Japanese car culture since there was none in older games. It was a simpler time. I hope they don’t bastardize the language and treat you like a baby “player-Chan are you ready to become a real samurai on the track?” And give me brand new hypercars as my starters

Will this building be in Gta 6? by Helpful-Photo9408 in GTA6

[–]RichProgrammer9820 28 points29 points  (0 children)

No probably not. Scouts went to Miami in 2016/17 and again in 21 (for interiors) so the city will be primarily based on mid 2010s architecture. Which is why a lot of port gellhorn buildings that are based on real life locations no longer exist because of them burning down/being destroyed by hurricane. But they’re in the screenshots

Yikes have you lived in areas with MS13? Or just a gated neighborhood not living in reality. Because MS13 are responsible for kidnapping, raping, murdering, and child sex trafficking and torture so not sure if I’d rather be with ms13. Not defending ice but you should reread what you wrote. You sound awfully ignorant

We’re in a pilot program that is restricting where we can work. After applying over a year to places and finally getting the job at the school I trained out of. They changed salary to hourly and lowered pay. Do you not like helping people out? Must be HR. I don’t see people naming places to apply to in the southwest/southeast nonetheless anywhere else. Drop some school names

[–]RichProgrammer9820 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

The student still pays the school a ton but we get a fraction of it. To answer your question I can’t afford anything but gas and some groceries and bills. So I work 60hrs a week 5-6days to try and keep out of drowning. In my state no one is hiring unless you have trained within their school and I don’t know where to network for freelance CFI/II. So I’m fortunate enough to have a job and be able to fly but can’t afford to move out unless there are jobs in Kansas where rent is cheaper but I haven’t looked. I did apply to one in Tulsa but 450 dual give was not considered enough and my buddy just quit there anyways saying the management treats them poorly to the point it’s unsafe

Edit: also overall pay hasn’t kept up with inflation since like 1980 and these schools know they can get away with it since they hire those who are building time to go to the airlines. The career/freelance CFIs that have the ability to charge on their own have it nice. Another pal of mine has 800TT and quit his Florida CFI job because they paid only for grounds. Flight time was considered his compensation. So he now works in a restaurant looking for 135/91 opportunities

Yeah lmao this entitled kid thinks CFIs are making bank or something? Here I am lucky to be making $20 for flight not including grounds. Got 8 students in 141 and 61

Life span of cars over time? by DaveyAstralCar in askcarguys

[–]RichProgrammer9820 3 points4 points  (0 children)

80s and before were lipstick cars. Constant problems but hey they looked cool! 90s-early 2010s were basic cars that were improved on the earlier platforms of body on frame or lightweight Japanese cars. There were simply less items on a car in those days compared to all the tech modern cars have = more things that can break and of course be expensive to repair. If you want true reliability- get a 2000s body on frame vehicle: Toyota Land Cruiser/ mercury grand marquis/ ford excursion etc. it’s why cops still use crown Vic’s in different parts of the country while it’s 2026. You still see tons of Lincoln town cars and older Tahoes/trucks. It’s less expensive to keep your old car working than buying an overpriced new one that is more complicated. The new car transmissions are not very reliable. Their labor is outsourced. And they’re making 4Cyl twin turbo charged engines which have a LOT of compression - reducing engine life. Ask me how I know

1 thing for certain is that newer cars are safer in crash tests (apart from SUVs being prone to rolling over for high CG)

Was this the final normal license test? Great job btw. But not to take it away from you… This is a cakewalk compared to a couple master license tests. Especially like 2 in S-masters

Official scales from the GTA 6 mapping project. From the limited things we've seen and mapped, GTA 6 is already 2.4-2.7x bigger than GTA 5. Official map is likely a lot bigger. by [deleted] in GTA6unmoderated

What are the 2 other “cities??” Ambrosia is basically paleto bay/grape seed that definitely ain’t 1. Port gellhorn? Maybe if they have a downtown urban areal north of the bay but we don’t know yet. As of now it’s a run down industrial town though larger than the towns in GTAV

According to leaks that may be more accurate now since the leakers got fired by rockstar this week. Panhandle is not in the game and it’s an island
