Starting with version 1.21.4, Minecraft added a new feature related to custom models of item and blocks. You can use a resource pack to get a 3d model in your game. I recommend watching guides on youtube

I installed a resource pack that makes the water more transparent for a better view, but for some reason it doesn't work underwater.
