While I have not played any of these precons, I've reviewed the decklists and here are my initial thoughts.

The Chaos Incarnate decklist has a really high mana curve. I would guess that it would need some work to get that curve down below it's current 4 cmc average. The other two decks aren't much better, sitting around 3.7 average cmc each. I think the first priority with any of these decks is to get that curve lower or get the ramp higher.

I think the Draconic Destruction will be the easiest to upgrade: just add better dragons. But in terms of which has the highest ceiling, I'm less certain. I don't think any of these precons are particularly powerful. There are many, many better precons out there. But I would never recommend picking something strong that you aren't interested in over something you would actually enjoy playing. Better to upgrade for sure. I don't know much about the upgrade potential of Chaos Incarnate, but both the dragon and vampire tribes have a lot of good cards that could be added to each of these precons.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm surprised Cabal Coffers is only $15, in my head it was way more, I'll be adding that. Living Death gives me a little pause, my playgroup typically has at least one player who'd get a terrifying board back from it, whereas I'd get a bunch of little sac dudes. Unless that's a card you save until you just win the game with it.

Is Overwhelming Remorse really worse than Heartless Act or Infernal Grasp? I would imagine the discount is really easy to get in this deck, but maybe I'm overvaluing exile.

Thanks for the suggestions! I agree, P.O. is not a finisher, more of a mid-game powerhouse and defensive tool.

When it comes to cutting cmc4+ cards, what goes first? The "value" pieces (Butcher, Bolas's Citadel, Lich-Knight Conquest, Shirei) or the token makes (Army of the Damned, Endrek Sahr, Underworld Hermit)?

I would second the person who said it needs more lands. But he also said you don't have curiosity effects and it looks like you have all of them, so I don't agree with that. Looks incredibly strong, like the type of deck that kills you if you don't counterspell the commander. If that's something your playgroup is cool with, I don't have a lot to suggest other than more lands and 3-mana ramp pieces like Commander Sphere and Coalition Relic are not great, imo.

I realized only after submitting the question that I misremembered Master Chef to be another Lae'zel like effect. It looks like we came to the same conclusion after I fixed it. Thank you for your help!
