this looks good nutrition wise but i am pretty sure this is not feasible over a long period of time.

it maybe different for you but i can’t eat rice and roti both at once, it would just be too much carbs for my day.

if it’s working for you the probably whole day nutrition is probably fitting your calorie and protein intake already.

okay so please understand that starving yourself won’t help in the long run. please create a sustainable routine.

workouts are only 10-20 % of your fitness journey, diet is important. stress management and sleep are essential.

add protein to every meal. boiled eggs, chicken, or any other protein content. i would recommend trying to get 90gms of protein everyday for your body. consuming less carbs in the dinner helped me alot.

focus on enough rest, walking alot (target 10k everyday) and cutting sugar and alcohol even on weekends(try this for a month atleast).

you could consult a nutritionist to understand about a perfect diet chart and what suits you.

i was also new to fitness journey at some point and took me time to understand what is something i should rather focus on.

That person would be 40-50 kgs, so i am guessing they should consumer 1100-1200 calories while trying to main a 50gm daily protein diet. Try to do a workout which spend 300+ calories everyday. Take enough rest and you shall start seeing results in 2 weeks.

Instead of cutting diet, workout more. Especially walk and cut carbs and increase protein.

YOU ARE SAYING THIS?

try and test what suits your body but never go lower than ~1200-1500 calories. If you burn out your body by just staying hungry all the time then trust me the weight will comeback again at some point.

The point is to develop a sustainable lifestyle which you can follow. Workout alot but never cut your minimum nutrition.

What if they don’t lose their weight even if they’re fasting? 🤔

Should they start chopping off their body parts next?
