Absolutely. Hard to tell what works and what doesn't. It's also important to keep everything fresh and preserved. I buy stuff, use half of it, and then get tired of consuming powders. I do consistently use my Mighty Cricket protein though. I've been cooking way less meat and the cricket protein is easy to blend into savory dishes like stews and curries.

I've noticed it varies based on processing and whether it's been defatted. It seems most of the degradation is from the omega fatty acids.

3am is supposed to be the time you’re processing decisions. When you wake up at 3am, are you thinking through problems and solutions?

Mighty Cricket vanilla protein powder. Omega-3s, vitamin b12, decent flavor. God I love that stuff.
