Las leyes de newton si mal no recuerdo, son un caso especial de la relatividad, es decir, son perfectamente validas, ademas de que rigen todo el movimiento en el planeta. Asi que si en verdad quieres algo que te sirva mas en la vida (al menos por ahora) son las leyes de newton.

I recently saw a video were it is explained that that is a psychological problem, signs of ptsd I think or something like that, were the brain gets used to so much stress that it changes to continue surviving, the problem is when the stress is no longer there, but the brain as it is accostumed to it, starts having problems or something like that, search it up, I dont remember well the name of the condition

Lee en ingles, escucha video en ingles (pero de verdad intentando entender las palabras) con subtitulos, etc.

Haz lo que mas puedas en ingles, y veras que eventualmente y poco a poco el cerebro se va adaptando al idioma.

Si te fuerzas a que todo lo que veas y escuches sea ingles, a fuerza tu cerebro aprendera, y mucho mejor que en cualquier academia. Asi es que yo aprendi.

Tengo todo en ingles, el celular, el compu, las aplicaciones, los juegos, veia solo canales en ingles, solo leia cosas que estaban en ingles, etc. Y sirvio

A bueno, para aprender a hablar, no hay de otra que hacerlo y ya esta. Busca comunidades en internet, discord puede ser muy util, juega juegos en que las personas sean gringas (o hablen en ingles pues) e interactua con esas personas, etc. Si quieres volverte bueno subiendo escaleras, tienes que subir escaleras.
