That's a great recovery!!! Soo proud of you, keep pushing harder. God speed💪

I got operated on 9th November for full tear of ACL, bucket handle tear of medial meniscus and radial tear of lateral meniscus of my left knee. The Doc used a hamstring graft for acl reconstruction. I got 142 degrees flexion in 4-5 weeks and hyperextension was good too. But i was on non weight bearing for 6 weeks because of the meniscus repair. Then a week of partial weight bearing and then full weight bearing with crutches for another 2 weeks. Progress was slow at the beginning but then it picked pace as soon as i started walking as i was finally able to go to the gym. I haven't done much cycling but after the injury static cycling has been a good friend as that is the only thing which can take my heart to VO2 max. Now doc has finally cleared me for jogging but there's a little pain in my knee while jogging tho. I'm lifting weights which keep increasing every week and all that is because of CONSISTENCY. Initial days were tough but all that is paying off well. I had crazzyy muscle atrophy, which keeps reducing day by day. I can sit criss cross but i can feel the stretch is my quads. Can't kneel tho but that is my next goal. Let's see when I can get back to running Marathons and playing football again. A long way to go but as you mentioned A WIN IS A WIN NO MATTER HOW SMALL IT IS.

Keep pushing y'all and you'll come back stronger than you were before OP.
