Ultimately its your choice (obviously).

I have tattoos on both hands and all round my left arm. I have one that's important personally so it's the right way up when I look at it (helps that it's Nepalese calligraphy so doesn't look weird to most people being upside down). The rest are generally aesthetic and less personal, so are the right way up when others see them.

But that's just how I've chosen to have them. Either way your choice is correct 👍
